We reserve the right to change your accommodation mentioned in the itinerary if it is unavailable, which might affect the price. We recommend an early booking with a 50% deposit to secure the quoted price. We work with various airlines and can assist guests with arranging an air ticket to Uganda at the best possible price. Gorilla permits are on a first come, first serve basis and are subject to availability. Guests must make a full, upfront payment to secure the permits.
One of our representatives will be waiting for your arrival at Entebbe International Airport and take you to your accommodation for the evening. Depending on the time of your flight, you can expect an afternoon tour of the city.
Overnight at Forest Cottages
Depart for Jinja after an early breakfast, making a stop at Sezibwa Falls. Visit the source of the Nile River for lunch and if time allows, visit Itanda Falls. Drive back to Kampala for dinner.

Your guide will pick you up at your hotel and take you to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. You will pass through various traditional homesteads before arriving at the Sanctuary in the early afternoon. After some rhino trekking, you will have lunch before making your way to Masindi for the evening.
Overnight at Masindi Hotel: breakfast, lunch & dinner
After breakfast, you will depart for Murchison Falls National Park. When you arrive you will go on a short game drive before going on a nature walk. After lunch you can relax before visiting the top of Murchison Falls.
Overnight at Fort Murchison: breakfast, lunch & dinner
An early game drive will take you on the search for wildlife. An opportunity to spot animals big and small, from the giant elephants to beautiful birds including the rare shoebilled stork. Return to the lodge to relax and eat lunch before departing for a boat cruise along the famous Nile. Make your way to the bottom of the falls before returning for dinner.
Overnight at Fort Murchison: breakfast, lunch & dinner
A leisurely breakfast is followed by a boat cruise to the delta for another chance to view the wildlife. Observe them making their way to the banks to drink, while some like the crocodiles and hippos watch them from the waters. After lunch, a transfer to Hoima, passing over the escapement for a better view of Lake Albert and the Albertine Rift Valley.
Overnight at Hotel Kolping: breakfast, lunch & dinner
After breakfast, pass through traditional homesteads and the tea plantation of Fort Portal where you will stop for lunch before making your way to Kibale National Park.
Overnight at Kibale Forest Camp: breakfast, lunch & dinner
After breakfast you will make your way to a briefing before trekking into one of East Africa’s oldest forests with trees as high as 50m. Trekking can take up to three hours in search of the chimpanzees you are trying to find. The forest is home to five other primate and numerous other bird species which you could come across during your trek. Return to the lodge for lunch before a nature walk in the spectacular Bigodi Wetland.
Overnight at Kibale Forest Camp: breakfast, lunch & dinner
Make your way to Queen Elizabeth National Park after breakfast, driving south through the Crater Lakes region along the foot hills of the Rwenzori Mountains. These spectacular mountains form the boundary between Uganda and Congo. Stop for lunch at Kasese.
Overnight at Bush Lodge: breakfast, lunch & dinner
The day begins with an early morning cup of coffee before you leave for a game drive, heading towards the Kasenyi Plains in search of wildlife. The park is said to have the highest concentration of bird species at 612 compared to any other park in the world. You can see numerous other animals including leopard, waterbuck and giant forest hogs. Return for breakfast and some leisure time before an afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga channel for sundowners and more game viewing.
Overnight at Bush Lodge: breakfast, lunch & dinner
Visit the Lake Katwe , the salt lake on the edge of the Park and see how the salt is locally extracted. Later make your way to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park passing through Ishasha, the home of the famous tree climbing lions.
Overnight at Gift of Nature Lodge: breakfast, lunch & dinner
After breakfast, head to the park’s office for registration and a briefing before you start the highlight for your safari, gorilla trekking. Hiking through the dense rain forest can be strenuous depending on how muddy or hilly the terrain is as you track the gorillas through the mist. After a 2-8 hour trek, you should experience the rush of finding these beautiful beasts as you sit with them for up to an hour.
Overnight at Gift of Nature Lodge: breakfast, lunch & dinner
After breakfast, depart for Lake Mburo National Park, passing through the rolling hills of Kigezi and Ankole. An en-route lunch and a mini game drive after check. Later go for a boat cruise on lake Mburo in search of hippos and crocodiles. You could also see the massive eland or the rare African finfoot which both call the reserve home.
Overnight at Eagles Nest Lodge: breakfast, lunch & dinner
An early morning nature walk along the shores of Lake Mburo in search for wildlife such as zebras, reedbuck, buffaloes or anything you may not have seen. Return for breakfast before leaving for Kampala.
Overnight at Airport Guest House: breakfast, lunch & dinner
Take a mini city tour of Entebbe before heading to the airport for your departure.
