Tour Overview
This safari travels to Uganda’s Murchison Falls National Park. Witness the roaring rapids of Murchison Falls, the rolling plains of Uganda’s largest National Park teaming with an abundance of wildlife. Continue on to enjoy chimp trekking in Kibale Forest National Park. After chimpanzee tracking in the afternoon, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park for another wildlife experience. On the 5th day, start with a morning game drive and later transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for a mountain gorilla tracking adventure. At the end return to Entebbe International Airport to catch your flight out.

Day by Day Overview
Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be met by your guide who will transfer you to Murchison Falls National Park. The journey takes about 5-6 hours, and you will have several stops along the way for refreshments and to enjoy the scenic beauty of the Ugandan countryside. Once you reach the park, you will check into your chosen accommodation.

Today, you will have a full day to explore Murchison Falls National Park. In the morning, embark on a game drive to spot wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, lions, buffalos, and various antelope species. After the game drive, enjoy a boat safari on the Nile River to the base of Murchison Falls, where you can see the Nile River squeezing through a narrow gorge and creating a dramatic waterfall. You will also have a chance to spot hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species.

In the morning, you will go on a chimpanzee tracking adventure in Kibale Forest. Accompanied by experienced guides, you will trek through the forest in search of habituated chimpanzee groups. Once you find them, you will spend a memorable hour observing and learning about these fascinating primates. Afterward, you will transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.

On this day, you will embark on a once-in-a-lifetime experience of mountain gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. After a briefing by the park rangers, you will set off into the forest in small groups to track and observe one of the habituated gorilla families. The trek can vary in duration and difficulty depending on the gorilla group’s location, but once you find them, you will spend an unforgettable hour in their presence, observing their behavior and capturing memories through photographs. This is a truly magical and humbling experience, as you witness these incredible creatures in their natural habitat.
