Upon arrival at Entebbe airport in the morning hours or at a location in Kampala, meet our company representative / driver guide and transfer to Jinja, the source of the Nile. Taking the eastern route via Mabira forest, Uganda’s largest rainforest, Lugazi sugar plantations and other interesting places you will observe from the road. It’s a 2 hours’ drive from Kampala with en route sceneries. Arrive Jinja in good time for lunch at your hotel, check in and later in the afternoon explore some of the town or stay at your hotel/ lodge and relax. Dinner and overnight stay.

After morning breakfast, drive to the starting point of your white water rafting experience. You will be briefed about the activity then proceed to the rafting spot where you will be given gear and instructions. The activity usually starts at 9 am. Enjoy your half day of amazing fun along the longest river in Africa. Retreat from the activity and have lunch at your hotel. Later in the afternoon, connect to the source of the Nile and enjoy a boat cruise on the Nile/Lake Victoria. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

After breakfast, meet your driver guide and set off on your journey to Kapchorwa district close to Mount Elgon. The area is mountainous with good scenery. It’s a 4-hour drive with en route lunch in Mbale town before you proceed to check into your lodge to rest. Dinner and overnight stay at Sipi River Lodge.

After your early morning breakfast at the lodge, you will drive to the Sipi Falls offices where you will get a guide for the Sipi Falls hike. Sipi Falls has three falls in the Mount Elson foothills that rise to 85m, 75m and 100m accordingly. Depending on your fitness, you may visit all the falls or choose to visit two falls. In the evening drive back to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Very early this morning after breakfast, depart for Kidepo Valley National Park via Moroto. It’s a full day drive with lunch en route. Dinner and overnight stay your lodge after arrival.

Breakfast will be served early morning and drive to the Narus valley for a morning game drive. Narus valley is known to have the largest buffalo herds in the world. There are also high chances of spotting big cats on a hunt and on a lucky day, you may spot the rare cheetah too which are endemic to Kidepo. Head back to the lodge for lunch and embark on an evening game drive in the Narus valley again. Dinner and overnight stay your lodge.

Enjoy breakfast and drive to the Kidepo valley for another game drive close to South Sudan. This area is best known for viewing the ostriches and other wild cats including cheetah. Also stop and see the hot springs. The park has great observation points with binoculars and you will be happy to use them – you can never have enough of a game drive in this park. Return later in the afternoon to unwind and rest at your lodge. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Depart from Kidepo National Park early after your breakfast and begin your journey to Murchison Falls National Park in the far north western part of Uganda. You will have several stopovers if necessary for lunch and leg stretching in Gulu town. Arrive late evening and connect to check-in your lodge. Dinner and overnight stay at your booked lodge.

Early morning after your breakfast, embark on a morning game drive in the northern part of the delta. This is where you may spot various animal species like elephants, giraffes, lions, hyenas, cape buffaloes, leopards (on a luck day), and different species of antelopes including the Uganda kobs, Jackson’s hartebeest, oribi, waterbucks, among others. After the game drive, return to your lodge to refresh and have lunch.
In the afternoon you will go for a boat cruise to see the magnificent Murchison Falls along the River Nile. Cruising along the bottom of the falls will expose you to the park’s hippo pods and crocodiles along the sandbanks, different bird species and large numbers of species coming down to drink and bathe. After viewing the Falls, return to the landing site and meet your driver guide. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, check out of your lodge and drive out of the park to proceed to Ziwa Sanctuary for rhino trekking. Lunch will be served depending on where you will be. You will be dropped off to a place which you will advise or proceed to Entebbe airport for your onward flight back home.
