As this will be our last day, in the morning we will engage on a final morning game drive in Nxai Pan. We will add more amazing moments and memories of this region before we return to Maun. In the afternoon, you will have the option of taking a scenic flight over the Delta (45 min. Maun to Maun scenic flight, rate TBA). This magical experience provides another perspective of the Okavango Delta’s distinctive water system. The night and dinner will be enjoyed in the comfort of a lodge.

After breakfast you set off on a transfer-game drive from Maun to Moremi Game Reserve, one of the best wilderness areas of Botswana which covers swamp and dry areas. During a short break en-route, your guide will give you a full overview of your safari. The next three days will be spent searching for the wide variety of wildlife and birds that this area is renowned for while absorbing the sounds and beauty of this region. Game drives in the early morning as the sun rises and in the late afternoon as the sun sets will be the norm. After your morning game drives, you will return to camp for lunch and a siesta. Packed lunch will be served along the way and upon reaching camp you will enjoy shower and sunset while we prepare your dinner for the night.

We wake up early around 0500 hrs and set off on a game drive to spot the cats. With its hilly characteristics , Savute is an ideal breeding ground for cats hence they are a common sight, including leopards and lions. Tea/coffee break and lunch in a picnic area overlooking the waterholes will be served. The sight of animals coming to drink there is amazing as we get to see different animals and birds coming for the precious liquid. After lunch we drive slowly trying to spot as many animals as we can with the aim to reach our camp at around 1530 hrs. When we reach the camp you can take shower and have a rest after a long day in the park and enjoy the sunset relaxed as we prepare dinner for the night.
