Perfect outfitter!!!
We had an excellent 6 day safari with Great Lake Expedition Safari in Tanzania. I have been dreaming of going on a safari for years and it exceeded all of my expectations. Raphael was really responsive and helpful on email to get the trip booked and answer all of our questions before the trip. Our guide Nicky had so much knowledge about the animals, nature, culture and history, and he was in good spirits even on the rainy afternoons that made driving difficult. I never dreamed we’d see all the animals that we did, and never got tired of seeing giraffes poke their heads out from the trees, prides of lions in the trees or long grass, elephants that made us feel so small and the migration. Our accommodation was really nice & comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were so friendly and helpful everywhere we stayed. The relaxing stay on the beautiful island of Zanzibar at the end of the trip is ideal. I highly recommend going on safari with Great Lake Expedition! It really was a trip of a lifetime!
Thanks Raphael and Nicky!
