Day by Day Overview
After breakfast, you will be driven from your hotel in Moshi to Lake Manyara National Park. Pass through some amazing scenery as you make your way into the stunning Great Rift Valley, which forms a major water catchment area that brings water to the surrounding wildlife populations and national parks. You will have a packed lunch so that you can eat while on game drive during the day, as you make your way to your camp in the park. Arrive and find yourself in an idilic lodge, surrounded by trees and birds, the perfect resting spot for the evening.
Overnight at Kudu Lodge: breakfast, lunch & dinner
After some breakfast, you will depart for the famous Serengeti National Park. Leave with lunch boxes for your full day, en-route game drive. Arrive at one of the world’s most celebrated safari destination which is home to the greatest wildlife spectacle, the massive wildebeest migration. The park is home to thousands of African species, including an impressive population of big cats. Make your way to your camp in the afternoon and enjoy a magnificent sunset over the sprawling plains.
Overnight at Kenzani Tented Camp: breakfast, lunch & dinner
Today you will have a full day to explore this magnificent park with both morning and afternoon game drives. Seek the many creatures that call the park home, including lion, leopard and cheetah which prowl the lands in search of their next meal. If you visit the Mara river, you may see crocodiles and hippo depending on the time of year. The river is also home to the most extraordinary wildlife scenes that see thousands of wildebeest attempt to cross the river during the migration. An amazing day that is sure to create amazing memories that you will cherish for life.
Overnight at Kenzani Tented Camp: breakfast, lunch & dinner
After breakfast you will be driven to the Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest unbroken volcanic caldera. You will have a packed lunch so that you can make the most of your time in the reserve. Descend down the steep rim walls and into the magnificent world within the crater. Explore the park, searching for the numerous wildlife species that call the crater home, including the big five. The walls encircle the reserve, creating a natural enclosure that has resulted in a massive animal population for the size of this magnificent wildlife haven. Later you will make your way out of the crater, heading back to Moshi.
