Day by Day Overview
An early morning briefing and pick up from your hotel before departing for the Masai Mara National Reserve. We will make our way to the park via the Great Rift Valley viewpoint and stop-off in Narok for lunch. Arriving in the reserve for an evening game drive, tracking various animal species and birds with your guide. Dinner and overnight at the campsite.
Enjoy a full day of game drives in the reserve, discovering all that it has to offer. Enjoy a bush picnic lunch by the hippo pool while looking at the hippos and crocodiles. You will have an opportunity to visit a Masai village as an optional activity. Dinner and overnight at the campsite.
You will have an early morning game drive in the park before having breakfast at the camp and later departing for Nairobi. Enjoy an en-route lunch before arriving in Nairobi in the evening. The hotel in Nairobi will be for your own expense.
Depart Nairobi on a shuttle bus, headed for Arusha in Tanzania. After crossing through the Namanga border post, continue on your journey and arrive at your hotel in the afternoon.
After breakfast you will make your way to the Ngorongoro Crater, arriving in time for lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the crater and return to the camp for dinner.
After breakfast enjoy another game drive before departing for the Serengeti National Park making your way via the Olduvai Gorge. Lunch at gorge museum and after lunch you can visit the gorge as an optional activity. Thereafter proceed to the park for an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at the campsite.
Enjoy a full day of game drives in the vast Serengeti National Park. An opportunity to see the reserve from the air on a hot air balloon can also be taken today, at additional cost. All three jackal species occur here, alongside the spotted hyena and the cheetah. Explore the park and its amazing wildlife before returning to the campsite for dinner.
An early breakfast before enjoying your final game drive of the trip and leaving the Serengeti National Park. The park is filled with a vast number of animals including masses of wildebeest that migrate across its famous plains every year. Later make your way to Arusha with an en-route lunch and arrive at your hotel in the early evening in time for dinner
After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel and catch a shuttle to Nairobi in Kenya. You will arrive in the afternoon and be dropped off at your the hotel or at the airport. We can also arrange a flight out of Tanzania directly and add on to this trip, taking you to Zanzibar for a beach safari should you be interested. Additional charges will apply.
