Day by Day Overview
Your safari guide from Safari Vacations and Travel Services will pick you up either from the airport or any other place. After meeting and greeting, you’ll be briefed about the tour and then head to Volcanoes National Park. Upon arrival, you’ll visit the Iby’Iwachu cultural village, which is mostly inhabited by former poachers. You’ll watch their traditional dance performances as they also sing. Visiting them supports them financially, which helps to reduce their reliance on the forest for several resources. After, you’ll return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
