Depart towards the great rift valley region of lakes, a mix of soda lake and fresh water lakes. Arrive on time for lunch at your safari camp/hotel. Lake Nakuru’s salty waters supports the growth of algae, a plant with sufficient elements in caroteine, a primary food source for flamingos; symbiotically the algae ensures the rose colour on flamingos whom produce waste to fertilisez the plants in turn. Lake Nakuru is also home to one of the extinct rhino species as well as lions, leopards, and over 450 bird species. Afternoon game drive on board your private, pop up roof, safari jeep 4×4. Afternoon game drive for game viewing along the Ewaso Nyiro River, a haven for the ecosystem.
