Day by Day Overview
After your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will picked up by your guide and taken to Arusha. Upon arrival you will either relax or explore Tanzania’s tourist city, Arusha.
Dinner & overnight at Four Points by Sheraton Arusha
After breakfast, your safari starts with the journey to Tarangire National Park. The park consists of natural vegetation mainly of Acacia woodland and giant African baobab trees, with huge swamp areas in the south. Both the river and the swamps act like a magnet for wild animals, during Tanzania’s dry season. The Tarangire National Park is reputed to contain some of the largest elephant herds in Africa. Other animals that might be seen include zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, dik-dik, impala, eland, Grant’s gazelle, olive baboon and some predators including lion, caracal and African wild dog. This African national park is also home to three rare species of animals—the greater kudu, the fringed-eared oryx, as well as a few ashy starlings.
We will have a picnic lunch inside Tarangire National Park then continue enjoying the wildlife diversity till evening then start the journey to our hotel for relaxation, dinner and your overnight stay.
Dinner & overnight at Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge
