Day by Day Overview
Depart from Nairobi to Naivasha. Upon arrival, you will have your check in and later have lunch. In the afternoon you will visit Crescent Island Game Sanctuary, located on Lake Naivasha, in the Great Rift Valley. It is one of the most beautiful parks in Kenya and is often called Naivasha’s best-kept secret. Perfect for wildlife watching, bird watching, and wilderness lovers. Later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight

Have your breakfast and check out at the lodge. Depart to Nakuru arriving in time for check in and lunch. In the afternoon proceed for your game hunting at the Park. Located on the floor of the Great Rift Valley, surrounded by wooded and bushy grassland. You will enjoy the wide ecological diversity and varied habitats that range from Lake Nakuru itself to the surrounding escarpment and picturesque ridges. It is a home to over 400 bird species including the flamingos that live on the lake and in the park’s savannah grasslands. Lake Nakuru park is a habitat to over 100 endangered Rhinos distributed between the black and white rhinos; the park is also home to the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe and other 50 or more animal species that include buffalos, waterbucks, lions, impalas and many more. Dinner and overnight at the Camp.

Depart from Nakuru after breakfast and proceed to Masai Mara with an en route lunch at Narok. Arrive at Masai Mara Reserve, world-famous for the annual great wildebeest migration that takes place in July and August where close to a million wildebeest cross the Mara River in search of fresh pasture. Our guide will take you through the reserve where you will be surprised by the high concentration of wild animals that live here; herds of elephants, wildebeest, buffalos, impalas, Thomson’s gazelles and zebras graze in their numbers. Big cats are not hard to spot either including the elusive leopard. It is one of the few places you are guaranteed to spot the famous Big Five on a single morning or afternoon. Return for dinner, bonfire and overnight.

After breakfast, depart for the reserve with packed picnic lunch. Spend the entire day exploring the reserve in search of the big five and other wildlife as well as over 450 species of birds. There is much to see including rhinos, leopard, elephants, buffalo, wildebeests, zebras, warthogs, jackals, lions, many types of antelopes, crocodiles and giraffes. Whether you are a game lover or an ornithologist Masai Mara never disappoints. Picnic lunch is served in the reserve along the banks of Mara River. In the evening return to the camp for dinner, bonfire and overnight.
