Depart Victoria Falls early this morning and cross the border into Botswana (1-hour transfer). Continue to Chobe National Park, one of Africa’s greatest! You spend 3.5 hours on  a game drive in an open-sided 4×4 safari vehicle with a professional ranger. Chobe National Park is home to Africa’s largest elephant population, the endangered wild dog, huge buffalo herds, lion, leopard and cheetah. After a hearty lunch on the banks of the Chobe River, enjoy a safari river cruise and experience nature at its best; the river, animals and an African sunset! You’ll get up close and personal with hippo, crocodile and a mind-boggling array of waterbirds. See large herds of elephant and buffalo as they converge along the river waterfront and traverse the Chobe River.

After sunset, return to Victoria Falls town. Treat yourself to an African dinner at the Boma restaurant followed by interactive African drumming, theater and dance show, offered to you at our rates. Our tailored safaris offer true value and versatility.

Enjoy a walking safari, an active and interactive way to view wildlife, allowing you to interact with nature in a way that game drives don’t. Examine and follow animal tracks, see creatures up close and appreciate the amazing flora that covers the land. Being on foot lets you into a world so few get to see, hear, touch and smell – your guide will help you meet Africa’s flora and fauna up close and personal.

Zambezi National Park together with Victoria Falls National Park cover an area of 60,000 hectares. A wide variety of larger mammals may be found within the park including elephant, lion, buffalo, leopard and giraffe. In addition, herds of sable antelope, eland, zebra, giraffe, kudu, waterbuck and impala as well as many of the smaller species of game can be viewed.

The Zambezi National Park is home to over 490 bird species, making it a top stop for birders. Many unique species call the riverine ecosystem home, including the African finfoot, the collared palm-thrush and Pel’s fishing owl.

After an early breakfast depart for your tour of the nearby Victoria Falls, guided by a an experienced Park Ranger. One of the Seven Wonders of the World and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Victoria Falls was named by the explorer David Livingstone in 1855, after Queen Victoria. He said “it must have been gazed upon by angels in their flight” while for millennia it has been known by Africans as Mosi-oa-Tunya, “the smoke that thunders”. Get ready for an amazing experience – this remarkable wonder of nature is one of the most inspiring waterfalls in the world. Ask your guide to point out the Devils Pool on the edge of the Falls on the Zambian side; there could be some adrenaline junkies swimming in it!

If you would like to see the Falls from the Zambian side as well, we can arrange this for you. Time permitting we highly recommend a 15min helicopter flip over Victoria Falls. We shall offer you our preferential rates on optional activities.
