Day by Day Overview
Depart from Kathmandu by flight to Bharatpur], passing through stunning hill landscapes. Upon arrival, check into your jungle lodge. After settling in, explore the local Tharu culture with a guided village tour, learning about their lifestyle and traditions. In the evening, attend a vibrant Tharu cultural dance performance.
Start the day with a peaceful canoe ride along the Rapti River, spotting crocodiles and diverse bird species. Afterwards, embark on a jungle walk with expert naturalists to observe rhinos, deer, monkeys, and possibly the elusive Bengal tiger. Following a break for lunch, head on a thrilling jeep safari through the national park, offering opportunities to see wildlife such as elephants, wild boars, leopards, and a variety of birds in their natural habitat. End the day with a relaxing sunset by the riverside.
