Upon arrival, you check in at your comfortable Selous River View Lodge, your base for the next two nights.
After a short rest and lunch at the lodge, prepare for a magical sunset boat safari along the Rufiji River. Your guide provides insight into the park’s ecosystems and wildlife behavior, making every moment educational and memorable. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight, enjoying the peaceful sounds of the African bush.
Following an early breakfast, you depart for a full-day game drive, exploring the vast savannahs, woodlands, and floodplains of Nyerere National Park. Known for its high density of elephants, lions, leopards, giraffes, buffaloes, and zebras, the park offers unforgettable wildlife encounters. The morning light brings animals out of their resting areas, increasing your chances of observing large herds and active predators.
