Day by Day Overview
After an early breakfast, you will be met by your expert safari guide at your hotel. Thereafter you will start your journey to Tarangire National Park for a full day of game viewing. The park is rich with ancient giant baobab trees, also known as the ‘tree of life’, which covers most of the landscape of the park. Tarangire National Park has the largest concentration of elephant which you can see bathing in the Tarangire River, as well as giraffes, monkeys, impalas and many birds. It is also one of the most beautiful places to see lion and leopard. In the late afternoon, you will be driven to your accommodation.
You will start your morning with a scrumptious breakfast and get ready for another day in the wilderness. Ngorongoro Crater Conservation area is in northern Tanzania and it is home to the large and sweeping, volcanic Ngorongoro Crater. Today you will be driven down into the Ngorongoro Crater for a magnificent game drive and wildlife watching. The crater has a vast number of animals including lion, wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, elephant, giraffe, cheetah and the rare black rhino. There is larger lake within the caldera which is also home to pink flamingos. Huge herds of wildebeest and zebra traverse its plains during their annual migration. After enjoying a spectacular array of wildlife, you will stop for lunch at the Ngorongoro picnic site. After lunch you will continue game viewing and then we commence our journey to your arranged accommodation.
