Day Overview
Our driver guide will pick you up from your hotel in Nairobi or the airport in the morning for a scenic drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. We’ll stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to stretch our legs and capture the breathtaking landscapes, including Mount Longonot. Prepare for an exhilarating game drive as we explore the park, home to a diverse range of wildlife including flamingos, black and white rhinos, lions, leopards, buffaloes, hippos, and the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe. Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha are two of Kenya’s most precious gems, offering stunning landscapes, diverse wildlife, and beautiful surroundings.
We can enjoy an optional late lunch at Lake Nakuru Lodge or one of the lodges at the shore of Lake Naivasha before heading back to Nairobi. Additionally, we have the option to make a detour at Lake Naivasha for a boat ride and a walking safari at the sanctuary.
