Day by Day Overview
Lake Manyara National Park, with the backdrop of the spectacular, rust-hued Great Rift Valley. Lake Manyara has various animals such as elephants, giraffes; zebras, wildebeest, impala, waterbuck, warthog, small known shy Kik’s dik dik as well as klipspringer along the ramps of the escarpment. Leopards are hosted within the broken forests and escarpment, healthy lions that are widely known for their tree climbing. This used to be a special character of the park which is not the case today. Regarded as Africa’s largest, huge troops of baboons are expected by most of the visitors. Later in the day drive back to the hotel for overnight.

After your leisure breakfast proceed to Tarangire National Park. Spend a full day exploring Tarangire National Park, home to a stunning concentration of animals; herds of elephants, impalas and zebras all of which traverse the sprawling plains. Late in the afternoon proceed to your accommodation for shower, dinner and overnight.

Today drive toward Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro route. The Serengeti eco-system is home to the “big five” (lion, African elephant, cape buffalo, leopard, rhinoceros). The other main species include zebra, wildebeest, various species of gazelles and antelopes, giraffes, cheetahs, hyenas, elephants, hippopotamus, crocodiles and some primate species such as vervet monkeys and olive baboons. It is also an endemic bird area, with a total of 505 species being documented so far. In the evening, we will arrive to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

It’s almost impossible to spend too much time in the Serengeti and with more than 1.6 million herbivores plus thousands of predators, there’s always something new and interesting to see. The changing seasons and natural light simply add to the diversity. The exciting sounds of Africa will rouse you from your sleep, have breakfast and start heading off on your morning game en route to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Later in the evening arrive at the hotel for accommodation, shower, dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast start descending down the crater, with its abundant water, excellent grazing and natural protection from the densely vegetated crater walls, the crater provides shelter to over 25,000 animals, including the endangered black rhinoceros. Lunch will be taken in a picnic site inside the crater. After lunch game view late, then ascend out of crater transfer back for departure.
