Con artist
The director of this company is a con artist with a reputation for stealing, lying, poor communication. She caused me a loss of several thousand pounds by lying that she had applied for a UAE visa. She had not. She ignored all calls and messages asking for updates, until I shared my experience on Twitter. Several people came forward with similar experiences, many of whom actually took her to police and the local tourism regulator! This is when she finally responded and continued to lie. I asked for a refund and at the point of writing this, I have not received it. Use this company at your own risk!
