The word Matangos is a Swahili word, which gives you a breathtaking welcome of wildlife, formed from the four most well known parks by taking the two first letters of each park: Manyara, Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti. Its real meaning in English is ‘cucumber’, but our real meaning comes from the origin of the four well known parks in Africa.
