This compact safari visits three of Tanzania's premier parks in three days; Tarangire, Manyara and the Ngorongoro which are all unique in their own right. You will see everything from tree climbing lions to vast herds of wildebeest and zebra, elephant and a rich variety of bird life. With the help of your driver/guide search for the remarkable wildlife and rich birdlife - Lake Manyara National Park is a birding hot spot while Ngorongoro Crater is one of the best places in Tanzania to see black rhino.

You will be picked up in Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a game drive through the park with a picnic lunch. This park is known as home to one of the largest elephant herds in Africa. You also need to be on the look out for lions, giraffes, zebras and much more. See how many of the 500+ birds you can identify. You will arrive at your lodge in time for check in and then a refreshing sundowner.

After an early breakfast you will drive to Lake Manyara. Enjoy a game drive in the park with a picnic lunch. Lake Manyara is a hot spot for birders with over 400 species. See if you can tick off African fish eagle, flamingo, pelican, jacana, hottentot teal or Von der Decken’s hornbill. Lake Manyara is also well known for its tree climbing lions and is home to elephants, hippo, buffalo, wildebeest, zebra, blue monkeys, oilve baboons and a variety of antelope.
Overnight: Panorama Inn (Picnic lunch, DBB)
Activity: Game drive
After breakfast drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a half day game drive inside the crater. This is the best place in Tanzania to see black rhino as well as prides of lion which include the magnificent black-manned males. There are lots of colorful birds and a variety of water birds. Other game that you can see includes leopard, cheetah, hyena, other members of the antelope family and small mammals. Later drive back to Karatu or Arusha and end your journey with us.
