Day by Day Overview

After a morning pick up at your hotel in Nairobi, your guide will take you on a scenic journey to the famous Masai Mara National Reserve. You will pass through the renowned Great Rift Valley and be able to stop at the valley viewpoint for an opportunity to take some amazing photographs. You will also make a stop in Narok town for some lunch before continuing to the park. You will arrive in the afternoon and be greeted by the massive grasslands plains that are famously known for the iconic wildebeest migration that takes place every year. Enjoy some game viewing on an evening game drive before making your way to your camp for dinner.

Overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge

In the morning you will enjoy a hearty breakfast before departing into the park for a full day of game drives as you search for the animals you have come to see. As you make your way across the plains, you will see an impressive array of wildlife. The park is home to millions of antelope, the big five and the cheetah, all of which provide exciting experiences and allow you to capture beautiful photos of your encounters. Depending on the time of year, you may also experience the wildebeest migration’s river crossing in an epic natural spectacle that few will ever witness. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park followed by more game viewing and then make your way back to camp in the evening for a delicious dinner.

Overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge

Head out for an early, pre-breakfast game drive for an opportunity to see some of the nocturnal predators returning after an evening of hunting before making your way back to camp for breakfast. Later you will make your way out of the park and head for Nairobi, stopping for an en-route lunch. You will be dropped off the airport in time to catch your flight after an amazing three day adventure.
