Day by Day Overview
Morning departure from Arusha to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy game drives in Tarangire NP with a picnic lunch at Tarangire River while watching animals drinking water. Tarangire is famous for elephants, birds (550 species), leopards, huge baobab trees, and is very rich in flora and fauna.
Overnight at Acacia Tarangire Luxury Camp
Transfer to Ngorongoro with game drives en route. The crater spreads for 102 sq miles and has 2,000ft high walls, making it virtually a ‘Noah’s Ark’ and inhabiting almost every species of wildlife that is indigenous to East Africa. It’s one of the very rare locations in the whole continent where you can witness the black thino.
Overnight at Serena Ngorongoro Lodge
Depart for Serengeti after your breakfast. It has abundant wildlife, large numbers of big cats and quintessential Serengeti landscapes of acacia-studded savanna. Resident wildlife makes this part of the Serengeti a fantastic year-round destination and you can watch the herds of the Great Migration pass through the area. Serengeti National Park is undoubtedly the best-known wildlife sanctuary in the world and it has the greatest concentration of animals in Africa.

Enjoy a full day in the Serengeti National Park, searching for the Great Migration, lions, leopards, cheetahs.

Enjoy a half day game viewing in Serengeti National Park on game drives. Later on in the afternoon you will exit the park and transfer back to Arusha.
