This ultimate safari gives you a taste of amazing Tanzania and its most loved national parks: Serengeti National Park, Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Crater. You will see the beautiful landscapes and rich wildlife including lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffalo, leopard and rhinoceros as well as superb bird life.
Tarangire National Park is named after the river that runs through it which quenches the thirst of a large variety of animals, including giraffes, waterbucks, wildebeests, zebras and a high density of elephants.
The Serengeti National Park is one of the greatest and most acclaimed national parks in the world, spanning over 14,000 km² and teeming with extraordinary wildlife. The name Serengeti comes from a Maasai word meaning ‘endless plains’. The Serengeti is synonymous with an African safari, with vast sweeping savannah landscapes, rocky look-outs and stunning sunsets. It is an important place to visit for many dreaming of an African safari and for good reason too.
A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa’s safari highlights. The name Ngorongoro is from a Maasai word meaning ‘Gift of Life’. In geological terms, the Ngorongoro Crater is actually a caldera, caused by the collapse of a large volcano 2-3 million years ago. The crater floor covers over 260 km² while the depth is some 610 m.
Arusha is a colourful city in the heart of safari country in Northern Tanzania. The majority of our safari’s start and end in Arusha, after arriving into Kilimanjaro International Airport. At the base of Mt. Meru, Arusha enjoys a temperate climate and is surrounded by rich fertile farming land, growing coffee, bananas, maize and beans.
