This safari explores the wilds of Tanzania’s Tarangire National Park, a beautiful and amazing national park, known as a paradise for African elephants and home to large groups of elephants from twenty to thirty as well as a wide variety of other wild animals including zebras, greater kudu, waterbucks, and if lucky, leopard. Tarangire also has diverse bird life and spectacular baobab trees.

Day by Day Overview
Transfer from Kilimanjaro International Airport to Tarangire National Park for an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight in one of the lodges in Tarangire National Park.
After breakfast head out with lunch boxes for a game drive to find the animals that are most often found in the morning. In the afternoon, have lunch at one of the picnic sites found in the park and continue with a game drive until the evening before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, head out with a lunch box for a morning game drive. Have lunch at a picnic site then get ready to depart back to Arusha. The return time depends on the departure time of your flight or onward arrangements.
