Day by Day Overview
You will start your journey to Murchison falls national park, after an early breakfast, and this is quite a long distance. This Park is famously known for having the most powerful waterfall in the world, where the longest river in the world squeezes through a 7-meter gap and then drops down 45 meters and with a lot of wildlife like giraffes, hippos, elephants, and many others. On this day, there won’t be any activities since it’s a long drive.
Very early in the morning, you go for a game safari and you will be able to see a lot of wildlife like Elephants, Giraffes, Buffaloes, Uganda Kobs, Bushbucks, Jacksons Hartebeests, Oribi, waterbucks and warthogs to mention but a few. After the game safari, come back to the hotel, have something to eat while getting ready for an afternoon boat safari and this gives you an opportunity to see water-associated birds like the shoebill stork, goliath heron, grey crowned crane, Abyssinian ground hornbill, black-headed lapwing, and Senegal thick-knee.
You will be transferred to the waterfalls after breakfast, do a short hike and see how water flows, and thereafter start your journey back to Kampala, you will have lunch on the way.
