After breakfast depart for Lake Manyara National Park for some game viewing. The park is known for the thousands of flamingos that inhabit the lake. More than 400 other species of birds also inhabit the park which allows for amazing bird watching. Spend the morning searching the park for wildlife before a picnic lunch. After lunch, another game drive before heading to Karatu for the evening.

After breakfast, make your way to the Ngorongoro Conservation area and descend into the famous Ngorongoro Crater, a magnificent UNESCO World Heritage Site known as one of the most diverse wildlife havens on earth. The reserve has over 20,000 large animals including some of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhino. Enjoy a morning game drive in the crater and then a picnic lunch. Later make your way out of the crater driving through the crater-rim forest back to Karatu.

Leave your hotel after breakfast and then drive to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a morning game drive and have a picnic lunch before some more game viewing in the afternoon. The park is home to thousands of giant baobab trees that will catch your eye. Herds of up to 300 elephants roam the park along with the migration herds of wildebeest. Later leave the park and drive back to Arusha to catch your flight home.
