Day by Day Overview

We will pick you up from your hotel at 8:00am to meet your guide, chef and other clients then set off on the drive to Tarangire National Park (2 hour drive). Famous for its diverse landscape, Tarangire is known for its abundance of ancient baobab trees and the largest concentration of elephants in the country, providing unique chances to observe the interaction between elephant families. We will do a game drive through the park depending on where they are reported sightings of animals, mostly predators, lions, cheetahs and leopards as they are harder to spot. You should see plenty of herbivores such as giraffes, wildebeest and zebras throughout the park.

Later on will go to the Tarangire River picnic site, enjoy the beautiful view of the river and animals while having lunch. Watch out for small monkeys and baboons trying to chase you off your picnic! After lunch will continue with the game drive and exit the park around 4:30pm when will head to our accommodation for dinner & overnight.

After lunch will continue with a game drive then ascend the crater back to camp and packing. Head to Sunbright Campsite near Manyara, where there is a pool so you can relax before the next day.
