Africa Explore Safaris is a family owned safari operator based in Cape Town. We plan, arrange and run luxury bespoke and small group safaris throughout Southern and East Africa. We are flexible enough to meet the most stringent requirements and we provide unsurpassed, memorable holiday experiences for our guests. Our itineraries are designed to our guests’ specific requirements. We specialize in luxury bespoke itineraries, however our range of safari and tour itineraries also include mid-range and more affordable touring options. Our high standard of planning and delivery ensures that our guests are always in awe of their superior holiday experience with Africa Explore Safaris.

We are Quinton Conroy and Abby Chishimba-Conroy, Luxury Bespoke Safari and Wildlife Safari Specialists heading up Africa Explore Safaris. We are proudly African from two very different cultures speaking five different languages and we are able to communicate with as many as eleven different language groups. We understand the African customs and cultures and they have a high priority on our itineraries.

Our team of highly experienced Safari Directors and Consultants have a wealth of knowledge gained over many years and each has their own distinct expertise and personal magic that they add to make your holiday experience in Africa the best that you have ever had.

We support sustainable tourism and subscribe to the principles of FAIR TRADE TOURISM, South Africa who are partnered with Travelife in Europe and work in close association with other organizations such as CREST, Center For Responsible Travel, in USA. We do NOT support physical interaction with captive wildlife and we will only include reputable wildlife projects on our itineraries where the animals play a critical role for educational purposes. We take the pictures and leave only our footprints. We strive to reduce our carbon footprint where possible.
