Day by Day Overview

A morning pick-up and a short safari briefing before driving to Lake Manyara National Park for a day in the park. We will drive through Mto Wa Mbu, an agricultural town before reaching the park. The park consists of a massive soda lake at the foot of the Great Rift Valley’s western escarpment and houses large populations of elephant and flamingos. It is also known for its famous tree-climbing lions. Enjoy a picnic lunch before continuing your search for wildlife. In the late afternoon you will make your way to your lodge for the evening.

The Serengeti covers more than 14,000 square kilometres and is home to the largest migration of wildebeest and zebra on the planet. It is also known for its open plains, stretching as far as the eye can see. The park supports huge populations of a vast array of wildlife, all of which you could see and is also home to 500 bird species, including ostrich. After a day in the park, head back to your lodge for the evening.
