While on this safari you will be able to see the renowned ‘big 5’ as well as a wide variety of other wildlife. Discover the Maasai Mara Game Reserve, one of Kenya’s most beautiful national parks and one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa, and a cultural Maasai Village. You will also visit Lake Nakuru National Park, home of the white and black rhino, and known as the Pink Lake, and Lake Naivasha, where there’s the option to cycle and walk in Hell’s Gate National Park, the only Kenyan park where climbing, walking, and biking are allowed.

Day by Day Overview
Pick up from your hotel at 8am and depart for the Masai Mara Game Reserve, via the view point of the Great Rift Valley and Narok town for lunch. On arrival proceed for a game drive, tracking various animal species and birds with your driver/guide.
Dinner and overnight at the campsite
After breakfast proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close range viewing and photography. Break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodile.
Dinner and overnight at the campsite
After breakfast the driver will pick you up and proceed to a visit of a Masai Village (this will cost USD 10). Later on depart from the Mara region, heading to Nakuru, with lunch on the way. You will arrive in the evening and will be dropped off at your hotel.
On this day there is the option to pass by Lake Naivasha for a boat ride (extra cost of USD 20 per person ) on Lake Naivasha on your way to Nakuru.
Dinner and overnight at City Max Hotel
After breakfast head out on a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its prolific birdlife including flamingos. The park contains a sanctuary for the conservation of the white rhino, while species like Cape buffalo and waterbuck can be seen near the shoreline. Later you will drive to Lake Naivasha arriving in time for an optional activity boat ride on Crescent Island.
Dinner and overnight at Newstead Hotel
After breakfast enjoy a game drive at Hell’s Gate National Park after an hour’s drive. Once in the park, you have the option of a game drive in a safari vehicle or you can take bikes into the park. Cycling here is a great adventure as you get to ride the bikes for 7 km before resting at a ranger’s post. After a brief stop at the rangers post, you leave the bike and start a walking safari (optional) for 3 hrs. Enjoy the spectacular views of the gorge. The park provides a variety of wildlife, unusual flora, and many species of birds, and it’s the only Kenyan park where climbing, walking, and biking are allowed. Animals are seen here include bushbucks, dik diks, gazelles, gnus, hartebeests, impalas, klipspringers, buffaloes, hyraxes, zebras, hyenas, jackals, mongooses, baboons, monkeys and porcupines amongst others. Later drive back to Nairobi.
