Upon arrival in Arusha, your family will be warmly greeted by a professional guide who will brief you about the adventure ahead. Your first night will be spent at the charming Ngaresero Lodge or a similar family-friendly accommodation. Enjoy the lodge’s serene environment, where children can explore gardens or relax by the pool. Dinner will be served, featuring a blend of local and international cuisines to suit all tastes. Afterward, rest in your spacious rooms, ready to embark on the Serengeti adventure the next day. This restful evening prepares your family for the excitement of the journey ahead, providing a perfect balance between relaxation and anticipation.
After breakfast, you will head to the Serengeti, either by flight or scenic drive. Upon arrival, the family will check into Acacia Seronera Camp or a similar accommodation, surrounded by the vast plains of the Serengeti. The afternoon brings an exhilarating game drive in the Seronera and western, renowned for its rich wildlife diversity. Your guide will engage the children, teaching them about the animals they see, such as giraffes, zebras, and antelopes. The highlight will be spotting big cats—lions, leopards and cheetahs lounging or hunting across the plains. Also on day 3 embark on a safari in the Western Serengeti, known for its river systems like the Grumeti River, home to large populations of hippos and crocodiles.
